We want to make sure that we offer you the most competitive prices and to ensure we do this we benchmark our prices against our competitors regularly including during sales periods. If we find that they are selling the same individual product with the same sale conditions at a lower price than we will reduce our prices to match. Please send a link to the website displaying the lower priced product and our Customer Team will respond.
Before you email us please make sure that each of the following applies:
- The lower price is a price which is publicly available to all customers;
- The lower priced product is held in stock (as opposed to being available to order on a lead time) ;
- The lower priced product is brand new, unused and identical to the product which you are requesting a price match for;
- The delivery charge is the same or less than the Homecolours delivery charge;
- The seller is an authorised reseller of the particular brand and not a private seller or an eBay, a marketplace or an auction site;
- The seller is not a members only website.
Please note the above price promise only applies to consumers purchasing for their own personal use and not for trade or re-sale purposes. The price match request needs to be made at or before the point of ordering and it cannot be applied retrospectively.
