Mainland UK Delivery
We offer standard delivery within mainland UK (see below for further detail on areas classed as non mainland UK). Delivery is FREE for orders with a goods value of over £50. For orders with a goods value of less than £50 we charge a flat fee of £5.
Standard Delivery means that our aim is that for all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will despatch on the same day with delivery the next working day (subject to external factors such as severe weather). For orders received after 2pm, over the weekend and on Bank Holidays we will despatch on the next working day for delivery the day after. We do guarantee, however, that goods will be despatched within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated), subject to stock availability.
Once despatched from our warehouse you will receive an email from us and our courier with full tracking information. Please note that all deliveries require a signature unless you specifically instruct otherwise.
Please note also that when our couriers contact you they will give you the flexibility to instruct them directly regarding alternate delivery instructions (for example leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or deliver to a Post Office). Depending on these instructions this may delay delivery whilst the couriers reschedule their deliveries to take these instructions into account. Please note that once a customer has contacted our couriers with delivery instructions, including delivery to a Post Office, then we can no longer intervene and instruct the couriers. We pay for a full tracked and signed for service, if you request that the parcel is left without a signature in a safe place then we can take no laibility in respect of that parcel if it goes missing.
If a parcel is re-directed to a Post Office it will be held there for 7 days after which, if uncollected, it will automatically be returned to us.
If goods are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address, or because of customer failure to contact the courier or failure to collect from the Post Office, once goods are received back by us we will refund the value of the goods less any costs charged to us by the couriers for returning the goods. If you require the goods to be re-dispatched to you then there will be a delivery charge for this.
If an incorrect postcode or address is given to us and we are not notified of the revised address before the parcel is despatched then any costs to re-direct to a new address must be covered by you, this is likely if the revised address involves the courier re-routing the parcel through a new depot.
We do not despatch on bank holidays or weekends - orders placed on those days will be processed on the next working day.
Outside Mainland UK
Delivery to addresses that are outside mainland UK will vary in cost. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, some postal codes within the Scottish Lowlands and Scilly Isles are classed as non-mainland UK and delivery will normally take two to three days.
Some areas in Northern Scotland which are not technically part of the Scottish Highlands are classed by our couriers as outside mainland UK. If you are outside of mainland UK or if you are situated in any of the above locations and you wish to confirm what the delivery cost for your parcel will be then please use the Delivery Estimator which will be visible when you are in checkout.
If you select the Country and then enter Region and Postal Code then an estimated delivery cost will be added to your basket. On rare occasions for very large orders, we may need to revise this delivery cost to take into account the actual volumetric size of the parcel. If this is the case we will contact you asap, prior to processing your order.
We source our products from a wide range of design houses both in the UK and internationally. The vast majority of our products are held in stock in our warehouse and as such are available for immediate despatch. We clearly mark the quantity currently held in stock on each product page. Occasionally, we will experience stock shortages of certain items whilst we await supply. In such instances, you will be contacted immediately by one of our Customer Team to inform you of the estimated delivery time.
