Brighten the Way with Fantastic Lighting Designs

Brighten the Way with Fantastic Lighting Designs

As the last days of summer gradually give way to the approach of autumn, the days inevitably become shorter. This means less natural light for us throughout the home and outside.

Of course lighting style have long been the practical way to deal with the changing of the seasons. But it’s not just the function of the bub and lamp that are important in creating a bright and homely space to rest and work in. Style and design also play an integral part, which is here at Homecolours we love to see products that combine both.

The exciting new lighting collection from Tala and Farrow and Ball details exactly the kind of ingenuity that makes lighting home spaces a pure pleasure. The Muse Portable Lamp in Garden Green is a wonderful example of the stylish collaboration between lighting experts Tala and colour coordinators Farrow and Ball.

Inspired by a classic lantern shape, the lamp looks and functions perfectly both indoors and outdoors. The lamp is simplicity itself to use and provides up to two weeks’ battery life on a single charge. Supplied with an integrated dimmer option, the lamp is a versatile option for anywhere in the home.

The Tala x Farrow and Ball Muse Portable Lamp is also available in the striking Hackles black style. Providing a strong look to the lamp, the colour coordination provided by Farrow and Ball provides a impactful image that perfectly describes the lighting power offered.

A unique look is part of the playful appeal of Seletti’s Mouse Lamp. Seen above in the lying down position, the lamp showcases the strongly resin-made rodent holding a single light bulb.  A cable of 2.4m means the lamp can be placed wherever it is most convenient. The lamp certainly creates a striking and distinct appearance wherever it is used.

The replacement bulbs suitable for the mouse lamp can make even more of a bright finish. The screw-in E12 bulbsare available in red, yellow and blue. Perfect for updating the look of your favourite lamp!

Also from Seletti is one character, Jobby, who may not be a fan of the mouse lamp! The brilliantly made Seletti Jobby the Cat LED Lamp, Black provides a rechargeable LED light emitting from its shining eyes.

With a gold dimmer switch and USB port for charging, it is easy to use and power up. The warm light produced is ideal for creating a cosy and comfortable space in the home.
